Originally opened in 2005, NCSC transitioned into a fully licensed hospital in 2007 in order to serve the community at a higher level. Led by current CEO Suzanne Greever, our surgical services expanded to cover spine surgery and total joint replacement, and Emergency Care services began to operate 24 hours a day.
Our Emergency Department consists of nationally recognized orthopedic, pain management and surgical specialists who provide the greatest level of care to not just local athletes, but athletes from around the country. This department recently received the national Patient Satisfaction Excellence Award by Press Ganey, and also provides around-the-clock minor emergency care with guaranteed minimal wait times.
In 2011, advanced imaging and radiology services were added to our repertoire. Our radiologists and technologists are among the best and most specialized in North Texas, and are only a phone call away.
We are the professional athletes’ first choice when it comes to advanced imaging. Our team’s skills, as well as our high-tech imaging equipment, are the most sophisticated available today. These comprehensive services include HD MRI, CT Advanced 3-D, 64-Slice, Vascular Ultrasound, Bone Density and X Ray/Fluoroscopy Services.
Today, NCSC performs over 11,000 procedures annually. Our 10 modern operating rooms and three procedure rooms provide patients with today’s most advanced technology. We are in the top 5% in Patient Satisfaction in America for Inpatients. Our center comfortably accommodates all guests in our 23 luxury medical/surgical patient rooms with full menu service.
