NCSC Quality Assurance Department’s primary purpose is to collaborate with all hospital departments to improve the overall quality and care provided.  The safety of our patients is our top priority.  We work to ensure our hospital standards align with current healthcare best practices and state, federal, and accreditation rules/regulations.  We strive to provide understandable, usable, and timely information to help address our services continuously to promote improved healthcare and patient satisfaction.
