As part of its commitment to serve the community, North Central Surgical Center (“Facility”) provides financial assistance in the form of charity care (“Financial Responsibility FAQs ”) to patients who are financially indigent or medically indigent and satisfy certain requirements. The facility reserves the right to limit or deny financial assistance to patients at the sole discretion of Texas Health Ventures Group (“THVG”) or the Facility. Each patient’s situation is evaluated according to relevant circumstances, such as the assets or other resources available to the patient to pay for care.
