Quality and Regulatory

NCSC Quality Assurance Department primary purpose it to collaborate with all hospital departments to improve the overall quality and care provided.  The safety of our patients is our top priority.  We work to assure our hospital standards are in line with current healthcare best practices as well as state, federal and accreditation rules/regulations.  We strive to provide understandable, usable and timely information to help to address our services on a continuous basis to promote the goal of improved healthcare and patient satisfaction. 

North Central Surgical Center is a Joint Commission Accredited facility. We welcome opportunities for improvement.  During your time with us, as a patient, family member and/or designated representative, we welcome your feedback.  To enhance your overall patient experience and satisfaction, please share any grievances and suggestions to our team.
